10,000th Hour | Athlete Sizzle
SYNOPSIS: Caelan Harris has thrown farther than anyone in New Zealand history for his classification, but it’s not just about distance. 10,000th Hour takes inspiration from the work of Swedish psychologist K. Anders Ericsson, who found that top performers often devote around 10,000 hours of deliberate practice over ten years to truly master their craft. This sizzle captures the discipline, grit, and quiet obsession driving Caelan’s journey to one day represent New Zealand on the Paralympic stage.
